Our Story

Having relocated to the UK at age twelve, Kristina is familiar with the struggles of adapting to a new school and learning the English language as a foreigner.

Kristina has a particular interest in Humanities, such as Literature (specifically murder mysteries), Cultural and Religious Studies, as well as Philosophy and Ethics.

Kristina attended a leading all-girl Catholic school (Woldingham School) and graduated from one of the top four independent schools (Charterhouse School) in the UK, where she specialised in French, Fine Art, Philosophy, Theology and Ethics. Following this, Kristina studied Fashion Promotion at the University for Creative Arts. Then, Kristina pursued her passion for writing and creativity by studying Fine Art and Cultural Studies at the University of Leeds. Kristina received the highest grade in her year for her dissertation with a focus on Soviet Art. Every essay Kristina submitted at school and university received the highest mark - if only did she know how much she would adore writing when she got older. At Leeds, Kristina additionally focused on French and coached several cheerleading teams. She is also a four-time National Champion in cheerleading.

Kristina has assisted an abundance of students with school and university work such as essays and coursework, Key Stage 1-5 material of humanitarian subjects and applications to various academic establishments. Kristina works closely with hundreds of schools around the UK and tutors students according to the British syllabus.

For the past several years, Kristina has worked closely with leading independent schools and universities and has aided many students in their application process. These include Eton College, Winchester College, Charterhouse School, Stowe School, Tudor Hall School, Woldingham School, Downe House School, Lancing College, Tonbridge School, Epsom College, Mayfield School, etc. Throughout this process, Kristina has trained students to excel at their interviews. She prepares students for IELTS, UKiset, GCSEs, IGCSEs, A-levels, IB, Common Entrance, 4+ Assessment, CEM and GL 11+ examinations.

Additionally, Kristina tutors mature students who need assistance with learning the English language or bettering their university essays.

Kristina works with tutors across the world who have graduated from Russell Group universities and is happy to put you in contact with them should you need tuition in non-humanitarian subjects.

Moreover, Kristina is an avid cat lady and has six cats. Kristina is also a registered British Shorthair cat breeder and has raised many kittens in her time. She also has a house rabbit called Percy. One day, Kristina hopes to open an eco-friendly farm where she will work with neuro-divergent individuals and use animal therapy in order to boost confidence and knowledge. Kristina is also an aspiring writer and has begun writing her novel.

Kristina is engaged to her fiancé, Alex, who has a diploma in Biochemistry and is currently a gin distiller.

  • My amazing tutor helped me a lot with my time management skills, and now I can write perfectly without worrying about my time. she also gave me a wide option of synonyms that I can use in my essays. I do not know what I would do without my tutor! Not only does she help with essays but also she advises many different techniques for revision for my exams.

  • Our family has been working with Kristina for two years. We are a big family with four kids. She is a very talented and committed tutor. She quickly finds contact with children, and they are fond of her. Her learning materials are creatively organised and interestingly delivered to children to absorb materials in the best possible way. Her approach is professionally personalised, where children feel that they are unique. Additionally, her encouragement technique is incredible, which makes a child gain even better results. Good luck with your tutoring, Kristina; I wish we had more tutors like you.

  • I always thought that I was not an academic student and usually focused on creative subjects. With Kristina, I somehow became the smartest kid in my class and received a scholarship at my first choice school. I am now in the top set for English, English Literature and Religious Studies. No one thought that this would be every possible! I loved doing quizzes with Kristina and would learn more than a hundred words every week. Kristina is the best teacher I have ever had.

  • Kristina has been a huge help to me throughout my education. She trained me to pass my 11+ exams and interviews, which secured me a subsidised place at a leading all-girl school. In the past few years, I have always reached out to Kristina when I needed assistance with my essays, in Drama, English Language and English Literature. My coursework ended up getting high grades which I could not have done without her. Now that I am studying for my A-levels, I sometimes seek Kristina's help with improving my writing by making it more consistent and eloquent.

Kristina explained everything in simple terms and I received 8 and 9 in all of my essays! My teachers have even thought that I paid someone to do my work! Kristina is extremely patient and I never feel stressed or ashamed that I do not know something. I have learnt so many writing techniques and new words to use to make my essays stand out! Thank you!
